Help understanding my 24 hr urine analysis ARUP test.

Is my doctor missing something here??
Is it normal to have no number for the 24 hour lambda but numbers for kappa?
Should I get a second opinion?
I got my results back and my doctor has told me things are normal. However I have access to the results via patient portal. The lab had written a note for my 24 hour lambda mg per day. It noted:
Unable to quantitate free light chain excretion per day.
There is no number value given. My 24 hr kappa is 2.27 mg per day.

Then there are just kappa and lambda. Kappa reading at .84ml/l and lamda at .74/l.
