Headache

I have long time headache, feeling hurt when I touch my middle scalp, sometimes I am confused and my head heaviness with low vision. I already got hospital for widal test, I was told it's typhoid, if I take medicine for typhoid the symptoms worse and feeling ringing in my ears.
So what is that type of headache?
Please help.

Did they say it was a spinal headache? Treating an infection is essential. Please contact the hospital or doctor and express the issues. I am not familiar with the test you indicated. I have however had the vaccine just the vaccine for typhoid and I felt horrible. I was planning on traveling to an area with it.
