I wonder what specialists you have seen. It seems you should have a good team that includes hematologists/oncologists, liver specialist, rheumatologist (for possible autoimmune cause). It’s amazing and wonderful you feel well most of the time. You must do everything you can to protect your liver from getting worse, protect your spleen from injury like Blunt trauma, and protect yourself against infection. Also every precaution against bleeding with platelets so low. I hope your medical team has emphasized all the preventative measures as that it’s what will keep you out of trouble. This preventative education is often lacking but is so essential to stay safe and well.
