Having constant pancreatic attacks

Reaching out to others to see if any of the pc community has attacks, I just had one for 9 days. My dr is going to do a cat scan, my lipase is very low 7 and struggling with high glucose up to 295 to 50 I am wearing a scanner to see if I need insulin. I am following a low fat diet, just a constant side ache. Thank you open to any ideas. When inflamed I drink broth and no Ceron.
