Have you tried Dr Fishman’s yoga for osteoporosis?
My osteopenia has started to slide into osteoporosis I have finally begun to do Dr Fishman’s 12 poses to increase bone strength. I have to say while I’m only 2 weeks in to the practice I feel better! I am having less bone pain during both the day and the night. A friend of mine has been doing it for 2 years and it has rebuilt her bones. ( She is a part of his clinical studies)There are several free programs on YouTube. I do a chair yoga one. I found I was not yet able to do the standing exercises.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in hip, lumbar and femoral neck yesterday. Received Fishman’s book today. I’m hoping yoga, supplements and dietary tweaks will get me through. Will report back.

There are excellent yoga lesson on YouTube. I make it a practice every morning. Look up anti inflammatory diets. I have been on a very restrictive one for 4 years and I think it has limited my auto immune flare ups. Good luck
