Have you experienced CardiacArtery Disease and Dercums Disease?

I am wondering how many others are struggling with the issues of Dercum's (especially the chronic pain) while also struggling with cardiac artery disease? How do I combat the pain of Dercum's while also not creating more issues with cardio concerns. Currently I have an ablation surgery this next week due to PVC's following an NSTEMI heart attack in January that led to an angioplasty to insert 2 stents in my heart due to inflammation causing blockages.
