Have not been able to fully bend knee after replacement

Could say I was double jointed by after full right knee replacement I've never been able to fully bend knee. Now, 6 years out my joint swells up for no reason i can figure? Puffy all around the joint and worse when walking around, no real pain until I over use it, then on the lower outside of the joint. Been 3 weeks now and no improvement. Seeing a Physio in 2 days.

I had a partial knee replacement almost 4 years ago, and it is still painful. I went to my orthopedic DR yesterday, and he suggested the nerve blocker Iovera treatment. I have read some of the reviews of former patients, and I am not sure I want to do this
