Have both PAH and essential thrombocythemia

Has anyone been diagnosed with both PAH and ET? I'm an 83 year old female who has been diagnosed with both within the past year. I had PEs that resulted in eventually getting the diagnoses. I'm on 500 mg of HU daily for the ET and Tadalafil and Upsumit for the PAH. The main effect is just extreme fatigue which has impacted my normally active lifestyle.
