Has semen from cancerous and non-cancerous prostates been studied?

PSA as a prostate cancer indicator seems not to be dependable.

A cancerous prostate may produce a marker in its semen.

Has this possibility been researched?

A quick search using "semen test for prostate cancer" reveals studies have been done, showing "microRNA" evidence in semen when cancer is present. I did not read any of the articles in depth to learn whether such testing is commercially available.
