Has Continuous Strep caused Balance Issues?
17 February 2023 was the first of continously testing positive for Strep and June 5 was the last Antibiotic taken for back to back Strep infections and a stream of Antibiotics to go with each one. March 1 was the last day I was a Substitute Teacher. March 2 I drove to our Clinic, stayed for appointment and drove straight home. I fought hard to stay awake half way home. I came in the house and slept for three hours. My husband picked up my meds for me testing positive yet again for Strep. Middle or end of April I drove I drove our Grandson to school. Arriving at home I parked in our driveway, turned off the motor and slept with seatbelt on for I have no idea how long. That was the last time that I drove. The only time I leave the house now is because someone picks me up or my husband is off work and gets me out of the house.
Before the last driving fiasco, I began having balancing issues. At my worst I walk a lot like someone who has MS or Cerebal Palsay. I tire quickly and energy leave my body. I may begin walking fine but, It appears that my knees are giving out. At any time I have to be near something I can grab hold of because I will be walk fine, or trying to stand upright and my body twirls around involuntarily. Like watching a couple dance in a Christmas movie and the man twirls his gal around. Except there is not man twirling or dancing me. I have had dizzy spells but this is different. I have had vertigo but this is different. The only way that I can walk outside my house or away from the house is with Mom's walker. I can walk fine without Mom's walker but my left hand has to hold around Jimmy's left arm and my right hand as to be on his right shoulder with him walking in front of me.
Oh yes. Before I forget. I can feel my blood pulse in bottom ofboth big toes, ball of both feet, top of both feet, heels, back of calves, front of shins, through my groins, in my abdomen, in my upper shoulders ,such as sitting against a church Pew, back of my knees, back of neck, either side or one side of my neck and very once in a great while at the top of my head. I have recently been diagnosed and Enlarged Left Atrium.

@donrubysgal5 sounds like you might want to go to a neurologist. Your symptoms may be caused by a number of things and if I were you, I would include a neurological work up.
