Has anyone who has been heavily pre-treated had success with Tymlos?
I was diagnosed in my early 50’s & am now 74. I’ve been on various biphosphonates for many years followed by Prolia for ten years. My endocrinologist stopped Prolia in 2024 & I had an Aclasta infusion. Then a year with no treatment. DEXA last month showed 14% decline in spine & 10% in hip. She is now suggesting Tymlos or Evenity. My bone markers are in the normal range but I have had an L2 compression fracture one year ago which was just discovered on x ray. I need to make a decision about which drug to take & then where to go after completion. I’d really appreciate some input.

I have been told stopping prolia can cause a decline and stress fractures. If you stop prolia you need to follow up with a nother certain mediaction to prevent that.
