I’m also looking for information on this or any supplement that will increase bone density not just my T score. At this point it looks to me like any option out there fails to give me an increase in my bone density.

Would you share some information about your situation? Perhaps your dexa scores, what you have explored already, your age, are you working with a physician who is knowledgeable and experienced in the field of osteoporosis treatment, etc.

I just bought Somara but have not tried it yet. The dropper quantity mark is VERY hard to read. I read online that Somara lacks clinical trials (unlike algaecal plus, e g.). I like the liquid form of Somara and hope someone has experience with it.
