Has anyone tried the transdermal patch containing Magnesium and B12?

I forget the brand name. Saw it on Facebook yesterday, which is big red flag of its own. I'll look it up. I'm not sure vitamins and minerals can be absorbed through the skin. I've taken Omeprazol for years, which apparently keeps B12 from being absorbed. I'm still looking into this. Would like to know your thoughts.

@brennankb55, I agree - if you see it advertised on Facebook - big red flag. Key is to do your own research using reputable sources. Here's a few I use. You can also use Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/) to find medical research papers.

I dropped the omeprazol also. I have read also it disrupts absorption of B12.
That is also when I started B12 injects. I can tell you I believe the B12 has helped lower my symptoms.
