Has anyone tried Sinus Plumber, a nasal spray for headaches?

I bought this and now I am afraid to try it. It has chili peppers in it along with caffeine and a few other ingredients.

I think if it from occasional exposure to irritants, it might be OK, but if you have a chronic issue it's best to find the cause.

It's 10 years and neurologists cannot figure it out so I think I'm on my own.

Unless the headaches are from sinus pressure, I don't know if I would try this...Have you seen both an ENT to rule out sinus/ear issues and an Ophthalmologist to rule out visual issues?

I saw ENT. I see neuro eye doctor. All okay. Seeing retina doctor tomorrow for eye injection and if he okays this pepper spray, I will try it. I just want it to be safe for my eyes if it's in my sinuses. It's specifically for headache and migraine.

The nose is a drain. Reversing the flow can be counterproductive and was bad stuff back up into deeper sinuses. The best Rx is enough water for thin mucus to drain easily

I should have typed wash. A deli sandwich with real horseradish does the trick for me.
