What research have you done already? What results are you looking for?
There are many companies marketing and selling combinations of supplements to support bone health some credible and some not. Supplements will not cure osteoporosis.
To get more support it would help to have more information about you. What are your last dexa scores, have you taken any Osteoporosis medications, is your Osteoporosis from loss of hormones related to menopause or is their another cause?
