Has anyone tried Hakomed treatments for feet?

Posted by piatkowskisc @piatkowskisc, Jun 14, 2023

I receive 4 injections , per foot, of a vitamin blend just under the skin on the top of my feet. Electrodes are then attached to the top of my feet and side of my legs similar to TENS but at a much higher hertz frequency.

Hi @piatkowskisc, I haven't heard of this specific treatment but it sounds very similar to ones offered by other neuropathy clinics. I also was not able to find and clinical studies or research on the specific treatment but did find one post by @crisis1152 in another discussion here that mentions it as one thing they tried without success - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/159498/. I'm not sure the member is still following Connect as they have not posted since 2021.

There are a few discussions on TENS units that might be helpful:

Clinic measure good results? What are your results? How are you feeling so far about what was done?
