HAS ANYONE TRIED FECAL IMPLANT THEN AFTER STILL HAVE CDIFF ODOR WORSE

I AM 5 DAYS POST VOWST AND WHILE IT HELPED THE BMS, I NOW STILL HAVE TERRIBLE CRAMPING AND CDIFF ODOR FROM THE WAIST DOWN, BEFORE IT WAS ONLY WHEN I HAD A BM, BUT NOW IT SEEMS FROM THE WAIST DOWN, THE ODOR IS SO NAUSIATING, AND I AM A CLEAN FREAK, HAS ANYONE HAD THIS. I AM WAITING FOR MY MD TO CALL ME BACK.

What is a fecal implant? Since my last colonoscopy, 9 months ago, I have had horrendous flatulence!!! I've seen my gastros assistant twice and he hasn't given me any advice other than Beano, fodmap and even suggested if I am not happy I should maybe see someone else. I really like my gastroenterologist but his assistant does Not think having foul continuous gas is a problem. I don't eat if I have somewhere to go even that doesn't stop it.
I'm amazed with so many modern breakthroughs there isn't a lot out there for this issue.

DO YOU TAKE A PROBIOTIC. GAS X. IF ANMD TELLS YOU TO SEE SOMEONE ELSE. I WOULD NOT BE STAYING WITH HIM. APPARENTLY HE IS GIVING UP TRYING TO HELP YOU. OR DONT KNOW HOW.

that's awful. I feel for you. Just when you think you are going to get some relief. Maybe this is a temporary condition. What is the doc saying? Keep us posted!
