Has anyone tried dry needling for neuropathy relief?
I go to physical therapy twice a week. I get laser red light on my feet and I’m given strength exercises to build up my core… leg exercises to strengthen my legs and now new exercises to help with balance. My PT offers dry needling for my feet and I’m going to try tomorrow. Has anyone had success with this kind of therapy?

I've had dry needling and highly recommend it. I'm First, I'm 83 years old. Was having moderate pain in my left shoulder. Dr ordered X-rays. Suggested an orthopedic doctor, I asked for PT. They have a Dr that does dry needling. I was in moderate pain, level 6. Had approximately 10 visits. This was about 2 years ago. Excellent results! Still at times I have a level 3, but nothing like before treatment I highly recommend it! Certainly better than surgery!

@jmtr2017 I had dry needling done by a PT therapist about 7 or 8 years ago. Did several sessions. No help. But I see that several commenters have gotten some relief from it.
@lindaschoyck The therapist uses long, thin needles which are carefully inserted into the affected areas. I don't remember exactly what else was entailed. It didn't help me.
