Has anyone heard of Osteoprev as a supplement to improve bone loss?

Posted by sweetpea60 @sweetpea60, May 18, 2023

Hello, I have recently been prescribed Osteoprive along with Shronhum and D3, K2 drops. Just wondering if anyone had tired this and if you had results. I refuse to take the Prolia shot and decided to take a Holistic approach. Also has anyone tired AlgaeCal? Thank you, Lynn

Did anyone of you take Algeacal? And what was your experience if any?

@sweetpea60 and @ans discussed algaecal and may have some insights to share with you as well.

@tilou, are you currently on osteoporosis medication or hoping to hold off of that?

Checking on Amazon, the product is called OsteoPrev. Ingredients are listed in an earlier comment.

An alternative to AlgaeCal is another plant based calcium supplement called New Chapter Bone Strength, available on Amazon. I've been taking it for several years and my DEXA scans have remained consistent (I do have osteoporosis).

No osteoporosis medic for me after a terrible reaction to Fosamax 30 years ago: Gerd for almost 6 months and could not get rid of it, even after all medics recommended. It scared me for the rest of my life. Got a compression fracture recently at age 83 so I am investigating some safe help if any. TY Justin for your help.
