Has anyone heard of or participated in a trial for Debio 4228-201
They are offering me a trial for this ADT to testosterone blocker it’s a trial for to get the correct dosage for the extended treatment it’s not like Lupron it does not take your testosterone level high and then bring it back down it starts off taking it down like Orgovyx

That’s a rough decision. Should you “volunteer” for the trial? Or just make a decision to go with Lupron or Orgovyx? Pros and cons to every decision we make on this journey. It’s a personal decision based on our research as to what might be best for our prostate cancer analysis. I went with Orgovyx and at this point no regrets. Orgovyx like Lupron can exacerbate a coronary artery condition. Well after 6 months on Orgovyx my coronary condition got worse. Had to stop the Orgovyx and focus on coronary situation. So that’s back under control with meds and back on the Orgovyx after 9 weeks. During that 9 weeks my PSA and testosterone took a big increase, to my amazement. Testosterone went from “undetectable” to 291 which is in the normal range. My PSA went from 0.02 up to 0.10. Oncologists said this was totally unaccounted and I’m back on the Orgovyx. Lot of side effects but doable. Doc says I’ll be on Orgovyx for at least another year. Wishing you all the best and I’m sure you will make the best decision for your situations. Hod Bless. Ken
