Has anyone had trouble having Medicare pay for the radiologist charges

Has anyone had trouble having Medicare pay for the radiologist charges for a PSMA PET SCAN? I have their Medicare Summary Notice from my scan and it says you should not be billed for this service and that Medicare does not pay for this. Medicare paid for the PSMA Pet scan and for the Piflufolastat f-18diagnostic tracer but now I am getting a bill from dec. of 2022. I am also seeing the same thing on my Medicare Notice for the radiologist on examining the marker and SpaceOar Gel placement and I am afraid the same thing is happening. Is the hospital coding it incorrectly because Medicare paid for the radiologist on my original MRI that detected my cancer. I can't believe every man getting a PSMA Pet scan is billed for the radiologist.
