Has anyone had these same symptoms? I dont know what is wrong with me

It all started with blood in my stool. This happened on a regular basis for about a month. Then I had severe lower stomach and groin area. I could only pee in the morning but i had to force that to happen. I didnt have to urinate all day even though i drank water all day. Now I rarely have an appetite. When I do feel like eating, it causes pain in my stomach and i would throw the food back up . Doc scheduled a colonoscopy but the day i went to have it done, I found out my insurance cancelled me. If this sounds familiar to you please give me some insight. This is drivimg me crazy
