Has anyone had Fibroglandular Density Results?

I had a Mammo w/contrast, ultrasound and additional pics. Result of Fibroglandular density, with a 4.2 nodule. It is suggested biopsy which I don't want to go that route yet. Has anyone had the same thing and just let it be and watched it? What was the result?
