Has anyone had an obturator nerve ablation?

For 3 years I have had pain in my inner thigh/groin area as well as lumbar spine/SI joint area. The skin is so hypersensitive I can't wear jeans or anything with a seam that will rub the area. After MRI and various steroid injections it was found that I had torn cartilage in my hip and so I had a total hip replacement. The pain is still present.

I am looking at a neurostimulator implant but wondered if there were other treatments that were sucessful.
