Has anyone had a slight pinched nerve in C6 affecting their right arm

I had bad pain in my right arm for 3 days thinking it was because of a total reverse shoulder surgery 2 years ago. After anMRI, X-rays, aspiration, orthopedic surgeon exam, and anEMG test they determined I had a very slight C6 disk in neck, pinched nerve that they thought was causing the problem. Has anyone had this happen? A pinched nerve causing a lot of pain but shouldn’t be that bad.
