Has anyone found Nordic Naturals helps them?

I'm trying to take less Lyrica because of dry mouth. I have Nordic Naturals omega bottle on hand and wondering if others found it or any type of omega/fish oil helps their inflammation.

I used it for years. But not for pain. It helps my eyes stay moist. Now I use Natural Grocers Super Omegas. It fits my budget!
