I have been a part of this group for a few years. I am just addressing my issue once again to see if there have been any new developments. Has anybody found anything that helps the tingling in the feet and hands. The tingling also sometimes goes up my calves. I don’t have pain, but the constant tingling is so disturbing. Has anyone found anything that helps? The neurologists don’t know what caused this.

Did you have a skin punch biopsy of thigh and ankle to test for small fiber neuropathy? Did you have updated bloodwork to check for diabetes, vitamin deficiencies/toxicities? Did you have EMG/nerve conduction studies of your upper and lower limbs and MRI of your brain/cervical spine and lumbar spine?

What have you already tried for treatments?

Have you heard about the new Sanexas therapy for neuropathy pain? ? I started the Sanexas treatment for neuropathy pain in January of last year. I have had really good results. I have written a story about my experience and would gladly share it with anyone. Please let me know.

I have both tingling and pain almost exclusively in my feet. I have medications which lessen the pain considerably. Also for pain, but does counteract the tingling very well,
prescribed by a doctor is CBD 100 oil from cannabis. It is taken sublingually, so is very quick acting.

I purchased a pair of open toe compression socks on AMAZON for $7.95. Only thing that has worked and I tried all of the other gimmicks. These work.

It is for neuropathy. I got the prescription through my neurologist.
Prescription
cream
2% Bacflofen - muscle relaxer
6% gabapentin
10% ketamine HCL- anesthesia
2% cyclobenzaprine- muscle relaxer
10% Diclofenac Sodium- anti inflammatory
2.5% tetracaine HCL- long lasting lidocaine
25% propylene
10% lipoderm

I am allergic to gabapentin and baclofen but can take by cream.
It does NOT make you high or drowsy. My sisters and friends have tried it and liked it. My friend with MS uses this also. She likes it because it does not affect the brain or cognitive abilities.
I put it on over sized socks over it. I have neuropathy pain in my ribs works there and neuropathy pain in my lower back. My hands cramp up really bad and it works on my hands.

For tingling and sharp pains I use a small amount, about 3/8 of an inch from the tube, of Cortizone.10. Works very well to relieve my tingling and pain. I rub this small amount into the foot, arch and toes, about every three days or after a shower.

I have to limit my cortisone.. I ended up with avascular necrosis from too much cortisone. I have it in both my hips and knees.
