Hi, had prostate remove 2 months ago and a couple of time after during climax a liquid came out of the penis. Since seminal vesicles were removed not sure if it was urine

I had NS RARP just over 7 months ago. Although I was continent immediately after the catheter came out, I had several minor releases of urine during the first 3 months as my body figured out the new normal. This included during intercourse a few months after the operation. At this point (7+ months) the urine release no longer occurs. However, after climax I do produce a tiny amount of a sticky fluid that I believe is from the Cowper's glands and urethral glands that is produced during arousal and orgasm. My understanding is that this fluid serves a lubricating function and is a normal part of sexual arousal and orgasm, even after RARP. But it's a very small amount. BTW, I'm not a medical professional nor an expert in this stuff, but rather just sharing my experience after RP. Best wishes.
I've read up on this a bit and from my research it's not uncommon for urine during orgasm for a little while as you and your body adjust to the missing pieces. The Cowpers gland produces the clear sticky fluid (aka pre-cum) and is still around, and that fluid is meant to clear the way for sperm to safely travel by neutralizing the acids from your urine.
I planned on this being an issue for a while and assumed I would just use condoms for a while until the urine part of the equation settles down, as the fluid from the Cowpers gland will work just like it always has and is not a problem. There are some guys that have never had that "pre-cum" and perhaps it's more sensitive now that the prostate is gone, I'm not sure.
This is very common. It almost requires a condom if having intercourse.
Definitely happened to me and it’s urine.
The first time I killed a high flying fly with a blast of pee. Takes some time to get used to the "new me". My doctor suggested and I found it helpful for pelvic floor engagement.
Climacturia is a common thing after radical prostatectomy. For the first 3-4 months, I would even get it on occasion when I hugged my wife. It settled down after 9-12 months, and no longer is an issue for me.
I am over two years out from radical prostatectomy and I have still have climacturia and erectile dysfunction. Emptying the bladder helps some. It is less than originally
Do more people here have experienced this? For how long did it last? Does it go away once erectile function returns?
I was 70 years old when I had RARP about 13+ months ago. I definitely had some urine release the first several times I tried to have intercourse (a couple of months after the surgery). Even after it stopped I wasn't confident for a quite a while. It's worth noting during that time I also had some sporadic stress incontinence while exercising as I returned to normal activities. This improved in conjunction with regaining confidence in my overall urinary control over time. At this point at 13+ months after surgery, my urinary confidence is pretty much fully back to normal and I no longer have any issue during intercourse. But it didn't happen overnight. It took me a while to adapt to the new normal and gain confidence. Similarly, my erectile function recovery has been slow but steady. In just the last 2 weeks I've noticed some more progress on my mild ED and now I feel fairly back to normal (or at least in the ball park). Best wishes.
