Has anyone experienced profound hypotension with exercise while on ADT
About 5 months into ADT (Orgovyx) I began to feel light headed during exercise, it was accompanied by a sensation bright lights and colors. I was able to take my blood pressure at the local Y and it was consistently 80/50. I was well hydrated, my normal BP is a little high (140/80). I think it might be autonomic dysregulation from low T. Anyone else?

Not good others have similar issues but perhaps good to know what happened to me and maybe others that have an option will choose surgery
