Has anyone experienced any vestibular neuritis post OSIA/BAHA Surgery

I had my OSIA200 single sided bone conduction implant surgery in Aug. 2023.
Around two years later I started experiencing what’s referred to as vestibular neuritis accompanied by almost consistent mild headaches over my eyebrows the past two months. The CT scan were negative along with negative sinus XRays. I’m scheduled for a sleep lab study to rule out sleep apnea but I’ve been monitoring my O2Sats regularly while sleeping and my sats range from 94-98 which appear unrelated to those time the headaches occur negating sats 92 or below being the cause. I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced pot op Vestibular neuritis and or headaches?
