Has anyone experienced a partial loss of smell and the possible condit

I am a 80 year old male who has been using OTC medications (nasal sprays) for the past 9 months for chronic sinus and mucus congestion. My sense of smell is reduced and affects my appetite which is frustrating. I am concerned that some of my past prescription medications, saline rinse has affected my olfactory system resulting in a condition called Anosmia I welcome any advice that will help me discuss this with the ENT Doctor.
