I had a pelvic sling surgery and on/gyn damaged several nerves. Mainly Pudendal Nerve. This nerve controls the entire pelvic floor. Stabbing in my vagina. It's chronic, it willl never go away. Just managing it with Ganglion Impar injections monthly it's rare. Please Google Pudendal Neuralgia. I need support for this journey of fighting chronic pain

I am with you. I had a motorcycle accident several years ago which did a number on pudendal nerve. I have had 12 surgeries. Actually, I’m at the airport right now in Detroit leaving to go back home to Austin. The best actor for Putin Neuralgia is in Detroit and I absolutely think he’s the best. He’ll do anything he can to help. Where do you live?

This is a monster! I had it for 14 years sitting on a donut. The only thing that finally worked was taking an off-label anti-seizure medicine for a daily persistent headache which I still have but the pelvic pain gone. I took Topamax for 2 weeks and GONE! My pelvic therapist told me a year later that she had heard of this. Never thought to mention it to me. DUH! Ask your doctor please and good luck!
