Has anyone developed acute bulbous dermatitis from ibandronate use?

Hi, and thank you for being here. I was prescribed Ibandronate for osteopenia back in June. It is administered monthly and after the second dose in July, I began noticing a redness and itching on my hands. I notified my rheumatologist who told me if it wasn’t appearing all over your body it was “unlikely” the Ibandronate was the cause. Soon my legs broke out in red blister-like sores and I was prescribed clobetasol for two weeks by my primary care physician. The cream is helping and I have stopped taking Ibandronate. My backstory is I was diagnosed with PRM in July 2025, and the prednisone I’ve been taking for the past year has supposedly accelerated my bone loss. I am now done to 4mg of prednisone every other day. Spine is normal, hips are -2.3, borderline osteoporosis, no fractures with 12% major osteoporotic fracture and 3.2% hip fracture. As you can well imagine, I am hesitant to take ANY medication for bone loss at this juncture and would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience or suggestions on where to go from here.
