Has anyone been diagnosed with cellulitis then sepsis in their lower r

Admitted to hospital for cellulitis in lower right leg discharged 2weeks later with sepsis and outpatient IV antibiotics -i don't feel like there has been any meaningful improvements and the pain is unbearable-has anyone gone through a similar process?
