Has anybody told they had a narrowed vacuum disc?
I have severe spinal stenosis faucet arthropathy, L4, L5 grade one spinal Los Tios that was all on the MRI from six months ago. I’m awaiting TL I have surgery. I just had a CAT scan that showed progression to grade 2 spondylosis unstable narrowed vacuum disc. Everything I’ve researched is that I need to get a new MRI and no one seems concerned

@agiessinger What did your specialist think about your imaging? I’m presuming that you have not had a spine surgery procedure and have concerns. That being said, don’t rush to surgery unless your doctors think it is an urgent situation. Surgery is a big step and once done, you can’t change it. It helps to get opinions from several specialists as you go through the diagnostic process and decisions about what to do. Make sure to communicate what symptoms you are having to your doctors. If you think they are not listening, get other opinions.
