Has any one taken the shuttle from Minneapolis airport?
Hi
Has any one taken the shuttle from the Minneapolis airport? If so how was it? Looking for a quiet smooth ride and also cost is a factor and this is free. Thanks for your time. Leah

@leahknit, Leah, my husband and I used the shuttle from the Minneapolis airport to Rochester when we flew there 8 years ago. We don't remember much about it, other than it being pretty easy to locate the pick-up point at the airport. It did make a few drop off stops on the way to Rochester. And it took us right to our motel. Neither me or my husband remembers the cost.
I want to introduce you to Chelsea (@clockrem12) from Mayo Clinic Concierge Services. She will be able to answer your travel related questions.
Chelsea, do you have any information to help Leah with her upcoming travel plans to Rochester?
Rosemary

Leah, I'd be very interested in the "Free Shuttle" that you referred in your original post. My wife and I use "Go Rochester" which is very good but not free, $66.00 round trip each. Thanks in advance, Dave
Hi Dave,
I believe Leah was asking if the shuttle from MSP to RST is free. It is not. Like you, I take Go Rochester http://www.gorochesterdirect.com/ or Rochester Shuttle Service http://www.rochestershuttleservice.com/. Shuttles are the most economical option, but not free.
Oh darn, too good to be true.
The shuttle is a great way to get to Mayo. I only have used Go Rochester and while it was not free, the cost was reasonable. I recommend the shuttle. A stress free way to get to the clinic, if flying.
Yes, I agree that Go Rochester costs are reasonable. In December cost was $66.00 Roundtrip.
Ok...what is Go Rochester and if flying from SC I thought I would fly into Rochester Int'l...
Never flew into Rochester, only Minneapolis but I do use Uber and Lyft in Rochester and I know they go to the airport. Also I would check with the hotel you are staying at,a lot have their own shuttles.
