are in the lingula, anterior right upper lobe and middle lobe. Diffuse, mild bronchial wall thickening is present.
Now in march 2024 this the findings LUNGS: Mild left basilar bronchiectasis. There is a 6.5 cm bulla in the left lung base. Unchanged scarring in the anterior right
upper lobe and lingula. No pleural effusion
