Group B Streptococcus UTI

I have had three UTI's in the past two years; cultures came back as Group B Streptococcus. Was given amoxicillin or keflex. Nurse said I may be a 'carrier'. Has anyone else had this type of infection or have more information about why we get it, symptoms, how to be totally rid of it?
