Greater trochanter Bursitis in hips

Not sure if I'm in the right group, if not please guide me to where I need to be. My story is I have had left hip pain for going on 3 years now. I went 2 years dealing with it until I needed to be seen because of the pain. The nurse practitioner I see referred me to an Orthopedic surgeon last year. I've seen him a couple of times, he always spent less than 5 minutes with me each visit, did an MRI & said Oh it's just greater trochanter Bursitis in your hip, gave me an injection & sent me on my way. The injection didn't even touch the bursitis 😪 I went back to him & he sent me to Physical therapy...which didn't help. He sent me to a Rheumatologist to check for arthritis & none was found. The rheumatologist told me bursitis normally responds to injections & because mine didn't makes her believe it's something deeper than that. So my orthopedic surgeon referred me to ANOTHER orthopedic surgeon & I've seen him twice now. The 1st visit he had me do injections under x-ray & ultrasound which again both hips didn't respond. So today he gave me a steroid injection in each hip & is wanting me to do another MRI just to refer me to someone else & wants me to do MORE therapy which will them make 5 times I've been to PT & I'm not doing it. I feel like I've been gas lighted, my problem has not been fixed. He doesn't have an appointment for me to come back to see him anymore because he can't help me. I also have a tear in my hip from a fall that nobody will tend to. Once again, injections & therapy for that! I don't know what else to do. I've hit a brick wall & can't find anyone to help me or either I'm not seeing the right Drs. My left hip has a knot that fits in the palm of your hand and I can't sleep on that side anymore. Both hips are also out of alignment which I was referred to a chiropractor but my insurance won't pay for that & I can't afford one . Can someone please tell me who I need to see or what I need to do. I feel like I'm not being heard or taken seriously because I'm on medicaid & not paying out of pocket 😭 I'm back to square one with no one to turn to now & the pain is becoming an every day nightmare for me.
