Getting a prostatectomy with a history of a CFS LEAK

I just heard about being in a head down position (the Trendelenburg position) during a radical prostatectomy. I have a concern that it will cause me symptoms due to my history of having had a CSF leak. Have any of you had a CSF leak problem during surgery due to being in a prolonged head down position?
