Has Anyones Urologist said while I’m contemplating RP, My genetics were tested and probably a low risk that Cancer has left the prostate, Meaning should be a good outcome after RP is complete?
Doubtful any would be found in Lymph nodes.

A PSMA Pet scan may help to answer that question.. It’s the best test out there to see if there has been any metastasis… You may want to ask your urologist about this..
