Gastroparesis and lactobacillus probiotic

Posted by denisef @denisef, Dec 19, 2022

I saw online that multispecies Lactobacillus probiotic might help with gastroparesis by increasing gastric emptying time. Has anyone tried it and if so did you notice any improvement in your symptoms???

I use Xanax to sleep because I have insomnia and anxiety. It helps me tremendously. It can be kind of addicting though so I try not to use very much. For a while I was taking 2 mg every night then I cut down to 1 mg and now I'm trying to take .5 mg per night. So far, so good! Everyone's different though. Good luck!

You are smart to cut back. Dependence can happen very quickly, and withdrawal can be a nightmare. These are very dangerous drugs and should only be used short term.
