I'm using a stimulant laxative called Prunelax. I have to take 2 caps every night to go about twice per week. If my stools get to watery, I take 2 Imodium, and then continue with the protocol. It's the only thing that keeps things moving for me. I read that stimulant laxatives work best for antipsychotic medications. The next best solution is an osmotic laxative like Miralax. I take 200 mg of regular Seroquel at night for bipolar 2. I know many doctors recommend changing your diet, but fiber only clogs me up even more.
