I take Mastic Gum ½ hour before lunch and dinner and I also take digestive enzymes at lunch and dinner

I don't know if this counts as a treatment, but I've heard that the bland diet can be helpful

Yes, diet is a big thing. I love coffee and it is not helping. I will stop drinking it to see if my stomach feels better. Thanks for the input 😀

@mitch4444 I had acid reflux and I switched to a low acid coffee from a company called "Lifeboost". You can order beans or ground, choose your roast - dark to light, flavors also available. Another option is to switch to Ryze - it's a mushroom coffee and I have enjoyed for a few years - comes in dark or light roast. I find I do need to add to it to make it flavorful - a touch of sweetness with stevia and almond milk.
PPI's are not good for the gut even if you feel better. Once you go off them, your symptoms return. I went through that. It's best if you can work with a nutritionist with knowledge about gut issues who can guide you. My doctor had one and she was invaluable.
Best of luck to you,
