Gabapentin jerky legs at night

Anybody else have trouble sleeping with this Gabapentin side effect?
I'm cutting back from 300mg to 200mg tonight to see if it helps.

Has your neurologist weighed in on this side effect? If so, what did they say?

I had major operation last year, my thoracic surgeon prescribed Gabapentin 300mg for one week then lower the dose to 100mg. It works very well and no side effects.
