Free BCAN CTDNA webinar on Nov 19
I have found BCAN to be a great source of info and support. Here’s info on an upcoming webinar from this months newsletter
Upcoming Bladder Cancer Webinars. I can’t get the direct link to post but if you go to BCAN site and search on this topic it will return the registration link
Webinar: Understanding ctDNA Testing in Bladder Cancer
When: Wednesday, November 19, at 4:00 PM ET
What: In this webinar, Dr. Matthew Galsky, a leading bladder cancer researcher and medical oncologist, will explain what ctDNA testing is, how it works, and what it can (and can’t) tell you about your cancer. You’ll learn how this testing may help doctors detect changes in your cancer earlier, track how well treatment is working, or look for signs of recurrence.

Very interesting. There are lots of new insights that were discussed at ASCO, ESMO and such.
I will look into this.
Due to my family history my oncologist had me do a genetic DNA test. They found I have the cancer gene (1 of 2 genes) . I have had over the years 3 cancers, most recently bladder cancer. It also found I am prone to colon pollups. I did a colonoscopy and they found several in me. Luckily after the biopsy all were benign.
@141emp, is there a recording of the webinar that you could post?
Hi Colleen
Sure, They said a recording would be available on the BCAN website in about 2 weeks.
