The drop in blood pressure is within seconds of the injection. Dizziness will lessen gradually over the next four hours as the blood pressure returns to normal. Being well hydrated will lessen the effect as will salt intake.
Theoretically caffiene will lessen the effect as it causes vasoconstriction.
I switched to Tymlos with its adjustable dose and ramped up to get my body used to it! It works in a similar way that Forteo does (through the parathyroid) with some technical differences.

I have had dizziness and been taking about a month. Also some depression and joint aches
Did this improve your bone density with DEXA?
