Caffiene - No; Nicotine Patches - Yes ?

What have you heard about this, or other new medically approved recommendations?

I have not heard anything about either of the above. My neurologist in a Long COVID clinic offered to prescribe a low dose of amantadine, which is a medication used in Parkinson’s, and he said they’re having positive results in their Long COVID clinic for brain fog. (I decided not to try it yet because I’m very sensitive to medication.)

And they referred me to cognitive therapy, which is one aspect of Speech Therapy (speech therapy can encompass speaking, organizing thoughts/ideas, memory, swallowing and eating). I can’t say how it goes because I start in a few weeks.

He said those are their two main interventions, along with radical rest and pacing.
