Foot seems to have pools of broken capillaries even after su2 years

In 2022 i had 6 hip surgeries
Either to try to rid the intense bacterial infection or replace my hip
In 2023 I received a new hip
My feet and lower legs stayed swelled till about 6/2024
My foot is covered in blood looking broken capillaries
The sides and bottom are almost black completely black sometimes
Any idea why?
