Food Sensitivity Testing - worth it or not?
I was diagnosed with collagenous colitis and pancreatic enzyme insufficiency in early November. Doing well on Budesonide and Creon but am wondering if it's worth the expense to do food sensitivity testing? I see some articles claiming that EnteroLab's testing is outstanding, and that it is a sham, and that Everlywell's testing is highly accurate and that it isn't. So far, I can identify that beans and raw veggies are a hard "no" for me, but I seem to tolerate everything else. Did the low FODMAP diet early in my journey for about a month, eliminating gluten and lactose, and saw no changes. Thoughts?

I don’t know which one. My functional medicine doctor ordered it. And I don’t know my granddaughters either. Sorry
